5-year warranty on ORTOTO mats

All ORTOTO sensory massage mats bought from the ortoto.com store come with a 5-year warranty from the date of delivery.

The warranty is provided by the manufacturer – SIA SPM ORTOTO (Reg. No. 40203618163, Baznīcas iela 13–19, LV-1010 Riga, Latvia). The warranty is valid in [territory].

What the warranty covers

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that appear when the product is used as intended:

Breakage of the locks during normal connecting and separating of the mats
Cracks and breakage of the surface or relief elements during normal use
Separation of layers or breakdown of the material
Deformation of a module that makes it impossible to connect the mats

What the warranty does not cover

Normal wear and tear: fading of colour, loss of gloss, gradual wearing of the relief
Mechanical damage: cuts, punctures, damage caused by animals, damage from footwear
Damage caused by heat sources, long-term direct sunlight or permanent outdoor storage
Damage caused by solvents, aggressive cleaners or other chemicals
Damage caused by a load of more than 100 kg per module
Products not bought from the ortoto.com store

How to make a warranty claim

Write to [e-mail], give your order number and attach photos of the defect
We will reply within 2 working days
Once the defect is confirmed, we will replace the faulty module with a new one free of charge. If that module is no longer in production, we will replace it with an equivalent one or refund a proportional part of the price

We pay the shipping costs.

Your statutory rights

This warranty is an additional commitment from the manufacturer. It does not change or limit your rights under [applicable law] – including the right to make a claim about a non-conforming product within 2 years of delivery.
