Shipping and returns

Delivery

We ship [to parcel lockers / by courier] in [countries]. At checkout you can choose one of the carriers: [carriers].

Delivery time

Goods are dispatched from our warehouse in Riga. They arrive within [x–y] working days of payment being received.

When your parcel arrives at the parcel locker, you will receive a text message and an e-mail. That is why it is important to enter the correct phone number with your order.

Returns

Within 30 days, no reason needed

If the product isn’t right for you, return it within 30 days of receipt. You don’t need to give a reason.

We pay for the return shipping. We will e-mail you a prepaid shipping label – all you need to do is pack the product and drop it off [at a parcel locker].

How to return

1. Write to [e-mail] and give your order number
2. Within one working day we will send you a prepaid return label
3. Pack the product and attach the label
4. Drop the parcel off [at any parcel locker of the specified carrier]

We refund the money using the same method you paid with, within 14 days of receiving the product.

Condition of the product

The returned product must be undamaged and fit for use. You may unpack and inspect the product as you would in a shop. If the value of the product has decreased due to use beyond inspection, we have the right to reduce the refund.

Statutory right of withdrawal

Regardless of the 30-day period we offer, you have the statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product without giving a reason. You will find a model form here.

Damaged or faulty product

If you receive a damaged product, contact us as soon as possible and attach photos. We will replace the product or refund your money – the shipping costs are on us.
