How we make sure reviews are genuine

We only publish reviews on the website from people who have actually bought the product.

Where our reviews come from

We collect reviews in two ways:

A few weeks after an order is delivered, we send an e-mail invitation to leave a review – only to those who bought
A customer can also write on their own initiative; in that case we check their e-mail address against our list of orders

What we don’t do

We don’t buy reviews. We don’t encourage them with discounts or gifts. We don’t delete negative reviews because they are negative.

When a review is not published

We do not publish a review if it contains offensive language, personal data of third parties or advertising, or if it is clearly unrelated to the product. In that case we let the author know.

How reviews are displayed

By default, the newest reviews are shown first. The average rating is calculated from all published reviews, without selecting the more favourable ones.
