No. 40203618163, Bazn\u012bcas iela 13\u201319, LV-1010 Riga, Latvia). The warranty is valid in [territory].<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What the warranty covers<\/h3>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that appear when the product is used as intended:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Breakage of the locks during normal connecting and separating of the mats<\/li>\n<li>Cracks and breakage of the surface or relief elements during normal use<\/li>\n<li>Separation of layers or breakdown of the material<\/li>\n<li>Deformation of a module that makes it impossible to connect the mats<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What the warranty does not cover<\/h3>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Normal wear and tear: fading of colour, loss of gloss, gradual wearing of the relief<\/li>\n<li>Mechanical damage: cuts, punctures, damage caused by animals, damage from footwear<\/li>\n<li>Damage caused by heat sources, long-term direct sunlight or permanent outdoor storage<\/li>\n<li>Damage caused by solvents, aggressive cleaners or other chemicals<\/li>\n<li>Damage caused by a load of more than 100 kg per module<\/li>\n<li>Products not bought from the ortoto.com store<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You will find care recommendations for the mats in the <a href=\"https:\/\/stage.ortoto.lt\/en\/care-guide\/\">Care guide<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to make a warranty claim<\/h3>\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Write to [e-mail], give your order number and attach photos of the defect<\/li>\n<li>We will reply within 2 working days<\/li>\n<li>Once the defect is confirmed, we will replace the faulty module with a new one free of charge. If that module is no longer in production, we will replace it with an equivalent one or refund a proportional part of the price<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We pay the shipping costs.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Your statutory rights<\/h3>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This warranty is an additional commitment from the manufacturer.
